We all know by now the benefits of regular exercise, however, some of us can face barriers to achieving these benefits such as a lack of knowledge, busy schedules, motivation or commitment. As each client is different, each needs a program customized for his or her needs taking in to consideration the above.

  • Tone and Trim

    Looking to lose fat and gain muscle tone? A combination of cardio and weights will help you achieve this.

  • Novice

    Your first time at the gym? This time sets the groundwork if you want to move on to other levels.

  • Intermediate

    Starting to catch the 'gym bug'? You can see results from the novice stage and want to go further.

  • Advanced

    Got the body you want but maybe you feel like you are stuck in a routine. Boredom can lead to complacency.

  • Bodypart Blitz!

    You are getting good results from the gym but one or two body parts are lagging behind e.g. legs or abs. A program specific to that body part and weekly worked through will help.

  • Training-Two-Together

    For those with workout partners, a program set by another can be a big motivational tool. This also helps minimise the individual cost.

  • One-off Programs

    You may be starting and can't affordnot know what to do or want fresh ideas for something new or different.
